Fulfillment, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through our website are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers may request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at addsomelemon@gmail.com.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the product.
• Physical Products: Refunds are accepted for damaged or defective products.
• Service-Based Purchases: If your purchase includes a service, cancellations and refunds are only available before service delivery begins. If a service has already been rendered, no refunds will be provided.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
